Exemplary has never broken down and after 50,000 miles still has original battery.

Front Brake Pads/Discs have a short 25,000 mile life, due it appears to biased front braking. Main Dealer Servicing prices are high, but local garage with the Diagnostic equipment are half the price. Spare parts prices are high if bought genuine, equivelent to other franchises. Motor Factors are considerably cheaper.

The car would be a great car if the parts that needed replacing were a little cheaper and more readily available

Very practical and reliable. Fuel consumption and emmisions are not good and therefore tax cost is higher than other comparable cars.I Would buy another more modern car from the same manufacturer.

It does what the manufacturer says it does, i think there are some things tat could have been better designed, such as rear seats could have been made removable as in previous car a renault scenic.

Theonly car allowing ease of access, sufficient headroom and leg room for a sixfooter with a wide beam and back problem. No other sensibly priced car has provided such sensible use of space. I have been to a new car exhibition and of all the cars only the matriz and strangely the smart car had enoughhead and leg room with a high sitting position. Only downside is a blindspot caused by the framework around the right hand side of the windscreen.

MPG is poor due to short journeys usually less than 7 miles. Franchised prices are expensive due to rarity of vehicle.
